TMNet Streamyx P2P Throttle Lifted?
I’m not using any VPN. I am not torrenting from local tracker. I am not using any crappy China torrent client. I haven’t do any special tweaking both of my computer and router settings. But all of a sudden, my normal torrent speed is back. I wonder what happened?

Heh. Looks like it only happens at midnight eh? I just woke up, and see the speed of my torrent, back to the usual 10-20kb.
