Miri Bloggers’ Meet #2: Calling All Miri Bloggers!
Looks like there will be another Miri bloggers meet after the first one last year. This time, the meet be organized by LadyBird.
I am not sure what’s the main topic for the meet this time. As far as I know, last year’s topic was like anything. It’s like, “Oh how are you, long time no see. What are you up to now?”. I do hope that the meet this time will be more organized, and perhaps, we do have our bloggers agenda planned, so we have like proper topics to talk about or some activity 
Also, it was a mistake last year for not preparing a Bloggers Registration List thing, because I thought it would be nice for all the bloggers to write down their Name, URL and email address so that we know who attended the meet, and we can bookmark each other 
I believe this small meet isn’t as big as the NuffNang’s Penang Bloggers’ Meet. After all, we don’t have sponsors, and we don’t have any cele-bloggers participating. We will be going dutch. I do hope I can go there and eat for free, my wallet is really thin lately.

Meme. Just because I have nothing to write…
I found this meme from Kim’s blog. Since I got nothing better to write, why not just fill up my blog with meme? So here it is:

1. Cookies could you eat at once?
One. My mouth isn’t as big as Ning Baizura. I mean her mouth is so big that she can gulp the whole microphone.
2. Times do you clean your room a year?
No more than four times (I guess), and at least one time, usually before Chinese New Year. Dang, I must be lazy.
3. Times do you pee during the night?
I don’t count the time I pee. Seriously, who would?

No pets.
5. Times you brush your teeth a day?
Two or Three. If I wash my teeth 6 times a day like Kim, maybe my teeth won’t be as yellowish as now. And I am no smoker. I wonder why

Usually 2, brunch and dinner. Sometimes 3, if I wake up early.
7. Approximate pounds of chocolate you’ve consumed in your life?
Not so much of a chocolate fan, but let’s just say I consume at least 2 bars of chocolate a year. You do the math
8. Times do you cry a week?
I don’t see a reason to cry, not just yet
9. Jeans that you own?
No jeans. For no reason, I don’t like jeans.

Now I have RM7 in my wallet. And an ATM card

Zero. Nil. None. Not even once. Might want to try for once

Not much of a TV fan, unless one day I have a satellite or Astro.

Only during big occasion or Chinese New Year. Not really a fan of soda.

Less than twenty. I believe I can’t take care of so a lot of animals

1. You are a city OR country person?
If I were to go to KL, stay there, work there and get into commitment there, I think I can’t handle it. I don’t like a hectic life. BUT, if I were to be in Marudi, I will die because of boredness. So I guess I’m a little bit of both? I’m not a country guy, not yet a city guy.

Logic most of the time.

It’s My Birthday! And some updates…
Happy Birthday to myself. It’s my 19th year of of being single. Nothing to be proud of, I guess. Hey, while being single, there are 2 girls with me celebrating my birthday! That’s not so bad Anyways, thanks for the birthday SMSed, Friendster comments, verbal birthday wishes, birthday MSN messages, and not forgetting the 2 girls for their birthday treat
I am still going on, jobless. So, while I am enjoying myself, I am working on my projects. So, for those who have problems with Wordpress, or wanted me to design a theme, I am there for hired. Don’t hesitate to contact me. I will try my best to give the best price for my service. You never know I might be doing it free for you.
Other than that, I am still waiting for phone calls from the company I submitted my CV to. If there are still no news from them, I might flip the Yellow Pages and start calling all available accounting firm in Miri. I do realise that I am a bit too young to work and my wish to pursue ACCA Professional Scheme. But somehow, I think I will forget everything I have studied if I just sit idle at home.
So here’s my plan. I plan to create a blog and pour all I know on what I have studied, and perhaps have a collabo with some other smart students and share our knowledge. This way, I can still have my brain working on what I have studied while waiting for my results that will be out around mid-August. That is IF I have failed to get a job or perhaps to lazy to get one.
Let’s see how it goes first, since I have yet to tell my family about my plans to further study. They do want me to do so, I know, but the problem is that most college will only take students next year. I just don’t like the idle time. So, wish me luck
Updates: Ok, I learn my lesson. My blog won’t stop double pinging ever since the upgrade. I will now ping manually by using PPS pinger. Sorry PPS!!

Exam Finish, Now What?
I just finished my last paper for the session. I am officially a free guy (not yet a man!).
And now that I have to wait for 10 weeks before I know my result, of course I am thinking of getting a job, to practice what I’ve learn all this while. When I was still studying, attending class, doing assignments and so on, I always have the feeling wanted to quickly finish my studies and start working. I wanted to help to support my family. My dad retires few years ago, and so far our family has been relying on his EPF.
My brother and sister are working. And bear that in mind, they have their own commitments and liabilities, like cars and relationship. They do help supporting the family, like paying portion of bills and daily expenses.
And me? I’ve been doing nothing but studying, watching anime and j-drama, blogging and also doing some web design. Being the youngest, I always feel like a burden to my family, which is why I always have the thought of going out working. And yet, whenever people ask me to do any part time job (like the standing in the departmental store), I refuse to do so. Reason? I always gives reason that it doesn’t help me with my line of study.
I still want to study. But seeing my family condition, I feel like I don’t have much choices, other than start working, earn some money, help my family, keep some savings, and further study on my own sometime in the future. Now that I’ve finished my exam, and hopefully, I passed all my paper. Then I don’t have to pay RM200 for each subject, wait till December, and repeat my exams.
And to start working now? I feel too young to do so. But I don’t think I have much choice. As I know, ACCA in Miri is offered as a part time course. If I were to enroll, I can continue study, but, do you think I should be doing nothing in the day time? All in all, I still have to work.
Ahhh… I wonder why I am so scared of the working world :unsure:

The Internet is for Porn?
I kind of regret for having the word “sex” or “porn download” as a few of Top Searches to my blog, due to my old time “experiment” with SEO. A guy just left a really funny comment, which at first I wanted to delete. But eventually, I thought might as well approve the comment and write this entry, specially dedicated to his words. Oh, this person turns out to be a Malaysian. And I believe he’s looking for free porn and found my rant on my router.
Anyways, we know that TMNet blames 20% of its user for consuming up to 80% of their bandwidth. And these 20% of the user are known to consume the bandwidth by downloading files through P2P networks, and guess what? It is known that porns is the top media downloaded by the users, other animes, movies and music.
Seriously, is the internet for porn?
