Just login to your domain's control panel and change its nameserver to your new web hosting's nameserver. Wait around 15-30 minutes, then your domain should point to your new server.

Hello mate,

Just thought to ask ya... how did you change your settings in your domain manager when transferring host? Is it as simple as changing its DNS to the new server and you will be able to log into the CPanel of the new server?

I've currently got a paid hosting with Hive, I've decided to let Hive manage the domain (mrdefinite.com) but with its server changed to another hosting company.

And I've got another domain without host--withkenneth.com--which redirects to mrdefinite.com at the moment.

If let's say I point the DNS of withkenneth.com to Hive's server (the one mrdefinite.com was pointing before transfer) after I've transfered mrdefinite.com's server to another company, do you think I am able to log into the CPanel for both domains?

Is it supposed to be done like that?
Thanks a lot!
