What? Friendster Virus Add??

I got this private message from some friend of mine.

Message: If someone by the name of j_neutron07 wants to add you to their list , dont accept it. Its a virus. Tell everyone onyour lits because if somebody on your list adds them you will get it too. It is a hard drive killer and a very horrible virus. Please pass this on to everyone on your list. We need to find out who using these accounts.

It’s amazing to see virus in your friend list. It’s amazing that adding a friend in friendster can get a virus and get your hard drive killed. It’s amazing it infects your friends’ friend’s too. It’s simply amazing.

You see, email virus isn’t that amazing. As I know, the virus won’t do anything UNLESS you execute the infected attached file. But this amazing j_neutron07 virus can infect your computer without executing anything. But this private message is like a notice of, “Add him and your hard disk is dead”.

AMAZING. High tech. I can’t think of anything possible for a virus to infect your computer by just adding it. Damn, looks like my geeky brain lose this time. Argh~
