helooo everyone here…have some respect for est ok! stop mocking!!
any way this subject was taken from the UNITED STATES!!…and also there is a malaysian version of the textbook. i have it..and moreover it is hard to get an A1 coz the marking standard is damm high!!!

we call it Eat, Sleep and Talk as we always do during the EST class
