1 Fucking Year for Streamyx, and still waiting…
What shall I say. It’s A YEAR I waited for myself to transfer from the stone age to the broadband age. Yes, a year, and im still in the stoneage. FUCK YOU TM!!! It’s been a YEAR already, and all you say is NO PORT as the reason? Hello, be reasonable please. ONE YEAR to install port is way too much. Even house builds faster than that. Even a pregnant woman takes only 9 months before giving birth. Now you make me wait ONE YEAR, and I’m still waiting for the port to be installed?
Is it because you’re enjoying eating my 56k fee that reaches hundred plus? Well, if I apply for streamyx, all you can earn is rm88 from me right? Is that the reason? Being the only ISP in Miri that provides wired broadband, I guess TM and TmNet is the worst. Lousy customer support. When I asked when can I have my streamyx, all they answer is “I can’t give you an exact date”. What the FUCK? You all wanted me to wait for another year, perhaps another decade? MIRI IS NOW A CITY WITH STONE AGE TECHNOLOGY!!! Agree with me?
It’s a year I waited for my streamyx. All I can do is wait. Wait wait and wait. AAAh fuck, when can I enjoy the speed of broadband at home?

I’m waiting for 10 months and still waiting. Your’s is in Miri a new city in East Malaysia but mine is in within 30kms from Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and 20kms from Shah Alam. I’m staying in Kota Kemuning.
Look like I had to wait until my hair turn white or TM/TMnet go down.

well, wat can you do right. It’s not like you can turn to anybody else. If TM feels they can’t make enough profit in an area, why should they bother to waste their money to install ports which they wil lose money on. TM is not a charity org, it’s a greedy,evil corporation, lol

Maybe we should start some sort of Fuck TMNet protest site or something. Make sure every anti-monopolistic blogger links to it using “TMNet” as the anchor text.
And hopefully with our collective PageRank strength, the protest site will outrank tmnet’s own web site, which at the time of posting has a PR of 6.

stupid tmnet. rubbish crappy malaysian company. monopolize the market like that. if they sell me 1mb line, i can do whatever i want with it (like torrent 24/7/365) without any hindrance. but since they throttle, i cant even get 3kb on my Ares p2p. I’m really angry today when i discovered their throttling on that. Pissed! TmNuts! Shitmyx. YOu can stuff your shitty services all the way back into your ass tmnet!

I’ve also been waiting (nearly 3 months) for someone to setup my account (and this is after daily phone calls, and weekly tmpoint visits). The excuse: we need to send a technician to connect it because there are limited ports available. Well send the fucking technician!
I was just speaking with one of the TMNet managers over the phone (for about the 5th time), and requested they call me back and let me know what the status is, and when i can be expecting the technician……The excuse came “Sorry, we are a call center and can only receive calls, not make them”.
Come on TMNet, this is the fucking 21st century.
What really pisses me off is that they make expats pay RM1200 deposit for this shit (compared to RM50 for locals). For all that cash, i atleast want someone to ring me within 3 months to tell me when i can expect a technician to plug in a fucking modem and press the enter key.

Tis bloody hell streamyx is SUCKING our money!! I pay rm66 for 1mbps unlimited…but wat do I get??? Download speed is less than 100kbps…sometimes is lower than 50kbps!!!! If I nid 2 download softwares or on9 game clients frm d internet…I nid 2 wait for 3 or 4 days!!!!
