TM Still Sucks after so-called Rebranding
Telekom Malaysia has rebranded themself, or in short just change name to TM. Name changed, service hasn’t change at all!!
My family and I went to Parkson yesterday, and there is people wearing TMNet orange shirt. So, my brother and I go there and ask about Streamyx. We told them we waited for 11 months for that freaking service. When we told them where we live, he said:
Owh, your area’s port has been upgraded 2 WEEKS AGO
What? TM never contacted me as what they claim to do when my area’s port is OK. Even this agent for TmNet is better. They will fix our problem and contact us this Tuesday, and that is tommorow. They seems promising. I just hope to get my streamyx as fast as possible.

Its Malaysia what, what can we expect more. About TM net, i think they offer the cheapest service compare to others, maybe that’s why their service also not very good.

It’s JUST a name change for Terrorkom…..don’t expect any better services from them….

Once they say ok and come to your house for activation, they get RM50. I’m sure they re promising… Haha…
