Be Generous or Selfish?
Don’t you think it’s hard to become human? If you are generous, you will be exploited, and if you are selfish, you will be hated. Of course, who wanted to be hated? Everyone wants to be loved, right?
If you are too generous, you help as much as you can, you are easily exploited. I think I’ve once written about giving people to copy your homeworks. Yes, I am so kind giving my friends copy my homeworks, and when I did mistakes, they blame me. Not only this homework part, but also the computer stuff. I always help them as much as I could, but they have never been grateful to me. What’s worst, bug me with problems and force me to help them although I’m not really convinient to help them. Unfair? Totally!!
What if you are selfish? People will say you are knows everything but teach nothing. Keep all the knowledge to yourself, or just in short, “kedekut ilmu” (I’m not so sure about english translation). As for me, I tries not to be selfish. I just can’t be selfish because I think expanding my knowledge to other people is a good thing.
You help them, you are exploited. You don’t help them, you are labeled as “kedekut ilmu”. And just recently, I think I found the solution, I got it from my Moral Textbook, a quote from Confucius:
If you give a poor person a fish, and he will only be full only for the day. Teach him how to catch a fish, and he will be full for his whole life.
Maybe I should just help them in the other way. I think my way of helping them is wrong.

What to blog about?
Sometime I’m kind of out of idea what to write about. I use to write about my boring life at school, and I’m sure most of you all are not interested in. Only until recently, I’ve been writing my thoughts, my rants and my opinion, with a little of life story, if I think it’s worth telling.
I want to create a blog that people reads, not only I’m happy with what I write. I want to write an entry that will attract people to leave their opinions as well, so this blog is more interactive and fun. Sometimes, I’m just out of idea, I’m sorry if it took me a few days to write an entry.
Well, if you are a blogger, can you tell me what do you blog about and how to make your blog more interesting?

Smokers are Suckers
For all the smokers out there, sorry if I offended you. If i did write any mistakes about smoking, correct me.
Smokers, the type of person that I HATE THE MOST. Yes, I really hate smokers, The Ultimate Anti-Smoker, that is what i call myself as. Well, I am a nonchalant person, I don’t really care if smokers are trying to kill themselves. But the thing about smoking is, they kill people around him/her too. You’re killing yourself, why do you want to drag us, the non-smoker to die fast as well?
What I think not really fair about this world is, passive smokers has more risk than the smokers itself. Yes, smokers stupidly suck the smoke and blow it out. The smoke that they blew out is much more poisonous than what smoker suck into their lung. Now, if we’re at that area, and we breath the air with the smoke cause by the stupid smokers. The effects? We’re at risk to have disease as what smoker have, and what’s unfair, our risk is higher than the smokers.
Ok, don’t you really think that smokers are suckers? They’re suiciding, yet murdering… Ahh… how evil…

Google it lah!!!
Sometime I just regretted for learning so much about computer. I am considered as one of the “computer technician” among my friends, and net friends too. They never chat with me (in MSN), and when they have computer problems, they came up to me and ask question. Most of the time, they asked silly question like, “Where to download etc etc etc”, or “How come my computer etc etc etc”.
I used to kindly help them. Yes, asking them what errors it pops up and suggest them what to do next. Now, this is another thing I regretted too. The more you help, the more FUSS they give to you in the future. Sometime the question can be answered if they really read the instruction or readme available.
What’s worst is, they never even said, “please” and never say “thanks” after i helped them. I help you for FREE, a small thank you makes me happier. Not only that, sometime when I’m busy, those people still bug me with question, and sometime still wanted me to help them whenever i said “NO” or “I can’t right now”.
Many people wonders, where I learn all about this computer thing. I just say I learn all by myself, and most of the time in the internet. Yes, if you have internet, you can learn. Your best friend is always google. Google helps a lot.
When I’m busy or I’m can’t help you that time, why don’t you just google it?

Templating is done!!
After some few days work, I eventually finished my templating (except the shoutbox part). With my crappy temporary monitor around, I’ve been using my brother’s pc to do templating. Actually I can finished earlier, but I can only use my brother’s pc when he’s out. Most of the time, he’s stick to the screen.
I’ve finish. I’m so happy I don’t have to use the default template. At least I have my own identity now.
A few more part to finish up
- Archive page. Looks like wordpress 1.5 doesn’t have a compatible nicer archive. Now im stuck there
- About my site page. I will be writing about why i created this blog, and how i created this blog
- Shoutbox implemention. I haven’t get the shoutbox file from my old blog. Hahahaha
- Clickable smillies. I kinda lose the plugin
- Maybe some minor changes in my permalink page.
