here’s the respond…Sorry, we do not provide any refund..you can either choose to finish the credit and leave the card alone or you can just go to maxis and ask them for the same credit that digi has in your account. Just make sure you pray and hope that maxis represenatative doesn’t slap you in the face and shout “YOU WISH!!!” at you..

LOL, sound funny . if you don’t mind, can try this way. for digi users, call the helpline. then ask them, “ehh hello, digi ah? how can i refund my credits ha? cos i wan to change to maxis :tounge:”, dunno what the respond from digi :roll::lol:
